We read "Hey, Little Ant" by Phillip and Hannah Hoose
We then did a fun writing prompt where they had to give three reasons as to why the boy should or shouldn't squish the ant! The answers are always so funny!
If you're interested, you can check out this pack here
We also did adorable little thumbprint ants!
Tomorrow we are going to read the "Grouchy Ladybug" by Eric Carle.
We will do a response on "It makes me grouchy when...". If you are interested in this one, I have made it a freebie in honor of our insect week!!
You can get it here, or click on the picture below!
Thanks for stopping by! Stay tuned for MORE insect fun!!
Also, be sure to follow me to get updates on when I post more freebies!
Reading is significant when it comes to education. Even this book. Yes it is the story about insects, but this way a child becomes more intelligent and this is what we are longing for. My very first book that I read all by myself was”Sleeping Beauty”. It seems to me that I can still remember that cover of that book. I was so proud of myself for reading it. This is when I started to read like crazy. I read and I read. I strongly believe that even my writing is pretty much ok ( I don’t need to apply to custom essay writing service very often) because of my love to reading.
