100th Day Freebie!

Tomorrow is the 100th Day of School! Where has the time gone? During this day, we do fun stations! The kiddos LOVE all of the fun activities we do. This one is one of their absolute favorites (and it's fun to watch them goof around!) I usually have a parent volunteer at this station to make sure it doesn't get too out of hand (you know how silly kiddos get, especially on fun days!)

I can't wait to see what everyone does on their 100th day of school!

I've never been big into New Years Resolutions but this year I decided to make a few, one being to update my blog regularly! I put together a quick New Years writing sheet to help my kiddos with setting goals. We are going to talk about what goals are and create our own goals for the New Year! I love sequence writing! It's so fun when you can use it in retelling or in expository writing! I also love being able to allow my students to draw pictures to go with their writing. This will help assist your students in what to write in their sequencing! :)

There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves

I absolutely love the "There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed..." Books. I found this cute idea of a sequencing activity from Mrs. Williamson at Welcome to Room 36! I added sticky notes for the kids to draw the pictures on and they loved it! They were all begging to come up. I made the background separate from the sequencing words, so I can use it again with the other stories.
