Ai/Ay Fun!

I LOVE making and creating things for my kiddos. One thing that I've been really wanting to do is make units for them (and for others as well!). I finally made my first full unit. These are GREAT for Literacy Work Stations. I have used them for pocket chart station, word work station, write the room station, writing station, and sentence building station. The kiddos go nuts over cute pictures and fun ways to sort their sounds. Since this weeks sound was the Long A: ai/ay I made a packet to go with it! Check it out! Triple Consonant Blends

In our first grade curriculum this week we will be working with S Triple Consonant Blends. I have created a word sort for our pocket chart station that could be used independently, as a group, or any other literacy station!
